I created a new website not too long ago on Weebly. I love Weebly. The site loads super fast so you reach more busy people by not wasting their time watching a line ( or a wheel ) scanning across the page uploading your site. Their interface is fairly easy to use although they are always making changes.
Best bet is to take the plunge and pay for your own URL. Looks much more pro that way!
